Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping to other countries is not currently available. We are working to launch global delivery soon.
3. ORDER TRACKING

A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent via email after your order is dispatched.

4. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We offer a 14-day return policy from the delivery date.
Return Conditions:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

Final sale items and intimate apparel are not eligible for return.

Returns without application will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Return Reasons & Solutions:

Manufacturing defects or damaged items: Replacement or refund, we cover return shipping.

Wrong or missing item: Refund or resend, we cover return shipping.

Wrong size, color, or changed mind: Refundable, but return shipping is paid by the customer.

5. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us. We will help track it or file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier once the package leaves our warehouse.
