At Showitty, we are committed to providing quality products and responsive service. This policy outlines how we handle orders, shipping, returns, and support inquiries.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Saturday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you via email.

2. SHIPPING POLICY

UNITED STATES

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $28.79

  • Standard shipping fee: $7.99

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days

CANADA

  • Flat rate shipping: $19.99

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days

Shipping to other countries is not currently available. We are working to launch global delivery soon.

3. ORDER TRACKING

  • A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent via email after your order is dispatched.

  • For tracking issues, email us at showittyofficial@gmail.com with your order number.

4. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 14-day return policy from the delivery date.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

  • Final sale items and intimate apparel are not eligible for return.

  • Returns without application will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Return Reasons & Solutions:

  • Manufacturing defects or damaged items: Replacement or refund, we cover return shipping.

  • Wrong or missing item: Refund or resend, we cover return shipping.

  • Wrong size, color, or changed mind: Refundable, but return shipping is paid by the customer.

Return Process:

  3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the return is received and approved.

Important: Do not send returns to the address on your package. It may delay processing.

5. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

  • If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us. We will help track it or file a claim with the shipping carrier.

  • Responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier once the package leaves our warehouse.
